We do not bill for our services. You pay for services with pre-payment or with Paypal at the time the service is requested.

You can fund your account by Bitcoin, PayPAL, Bank Transfer and Alipay.

Yes, in the payment process, when you are redirected to PayPAL page, please find "Don't have a PayPal account" on the right and complete the payment by Credit Card.

Find "Welcome: ****** / Level: ****** / Balance: ****** on the homepage of the control panel OR click on the "Account Summary" link under "My Account".
